Great property. Didn’t love that the parking was paid and across the street, the gate never closed so the lot wasn’t secure. Other than that the property was in an amazing location, the breakfast was great and the room was clean.

Overall, the stay was great. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Lines were long and they seemed short staffed. Guests were often waiting for plates, bowls, cutlery, food to be replenished or tables to be bussed and wiped off. Breakfast buffet staff that was working was hustling and very polite. Indoor pool was a nice amenity. The seating area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often. Lots of hair, old bandaids and standing water. Parking was almost non existent and expensive. Practically forced to valet for $29/day. Overall, the experience was good and I’d stay there again.

We love the location of this hotel! We also love the free happy hour included! The staff was very friendly. The only downside is it’s very loud at night being downtown. Music was very loud from 10-1 at night and hotel said they couldn’t do anything about it since it was from a bar across the street.

The complimentary beverages and snacks were a great surprise! We loved that. I loved the layout of the hotel, it felt open and safe for families. I did wish the breakfast line wasn’t as long. I had to wait for awhile to get food in the morning. I also wish the pool was larger, it was very crowded and loud.
