The hotel was fine. I think it was a bit misrepresented in the photos and reviews. The pool and hot tub area were dirty. There were dead bugs all around the hot tub and a cockroach in the pool. The shower had hair in it and there were crumbs on the rug in our room. Also, be aware there is no complimentary breakfast. It was my fault I assumed, but it’s good to know. The front desk staff were very friendly, however. Overall, ok but not what I was expecting for the price.

I chose this place to get good rest and feel safe. But my air conditioner did not work until like three in the morning they brought me a fan??? My microwave didn’t work. And some of the folded towels were badly stained with something brown. Gross! Something needs to be done to make it right at least a comp night or some5thing?!

We were in town to help remodel a family bathroom. Parents were at a different hotel that was NOT handicapped friendly and we needed to move them. Taylyn was so understanding and amazing helping us get them moved to a suitable room. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years while visiting family. My only complaint is the bistro. It would be great to have other options at the hotel to eat other than the bistro. Having a continental breakfast for guests would be even better. Unfortunately, I find it to be overpriced and not enough workers for the time it is open. Will we go there again, Yes! The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff has always been accommodating. Again, thank you to Taylyn for going above and beyond to make things work better for our family during this transition!

I attempted to walk to an adjacent property along the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The sprinkler system had wet an area that was visible and I attempted to step over that and the area surrounding it was covered in slime. I fell and had my daughter not been there to help break the fall I could have been seriously injured. I did fall and scrape my leg and arm, but luckily no bones were broken. I attempted to bring this to the attention of the front desk and I got no more than a shrug. That's the reason I am even responding to the questionnaire.
