The building inside is a disgrace. The elevator, one elevator broke. I have bad knees and had to walk 3 flight of stairs for my entire stay. My husband was furious because i left with so much pain on our check out day. This is a place we will never stay again and will spread the word. The price we paid for our stay is too much!

AmericInn has weathered some severe storms!! My room in west corner shows evidence of a lot of water damage. Smells like damp dog. Staff was courteous and responsive .

Overall everything as great the staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The only thing disappointing was the pool was still down for maintenance it said. I figured the pool would have been back up from the last time I had stayed there and that was 2 months ago I was really hoping it was open to celebrate my birthday but things do happen.

The hotel was dirty, the room was dirty, there was no ice, the pool was not available since apparently June, the gym was closed, the elevator was scary, and there were a bunch of random men just hanging around the lobby.
