We were impressed by the customer service at this hotel. We loved the size of the rooms and the fact that, away from the freeway, we heard no outside noise whatsoever. The pool and Jacuzzi looked great and we regretted not bringing swimsuits. Also, although it required a car, the location provided easy access to everything we wanted to do throughout the Olympia area.

All of the staff were extremely attentive and so sweet to me and my dog. I loved the water bottles being offered right away at the desk and no fee for pets. All staff loved my pup and made us feel extremely welcome. I was able to check in at 1030am. Best hotel staff experience ever, if ever staying near home this will be my number 1 choice.

Very nice room. Really liked that they have a restaurant/bar onsite. Try to get a room that doesn’t face the highway - the noise was noticeable all night, but not terrible.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We arrived late and didn’t wish to go out to get something to eat. Even though the restaurant was closing, the night restaurant manager told us they could fix something for us. Not only was the food delicious. It was prepared and served with a smile. Also, there was an issue with our room and the staff bent over backwards to make sure the problem was taken care of and were very gracious whilst doing so. I don’t think I have ever been so pleased with hotel staff. They should all be commended.

Not good except 2nd day, Oct 13 morning front desk
It‘s worst Hilton I have lived, window face highway, even closed window can hear noise, toilet flush handle doesn't work, bed sheet not clean like usual Hilton. 1st day check in, front desk was not helpful, but second day, front desk is super helpful. We forgot ask his name, however I have to say the 2nd day, Oct 13 morning front desk help improves lots customer experience in this hostel.
