The cozy and perfectly equipped villa has, all on just 1 floor, 2 double bedrooms with aircon, a shower bath room, a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and a bright lounge and dining area with aircon and access to the large, glazed terrace with impressive views and a staircase leading to the garden and pool. This is a wonderful place to spend the days outdoors, whether by relaxing on the shady terrace, enjoying the magnificent views of the sea and the mountains, making a barbecue in the garden or swimming in the pool.

The Font de Salada thermal spring, is at just 1.4 km from the villa and can be visited both in summer and winter, as its waters maintains the temperature of 24ºC and is considered a dermatological benefit.

The town of Oliva can be reached by car easily within 10 minutes (6,5 km), Denia within 20 minutes (20 km). The large shopping centre Portal de La Marina is at 15 km. Oliva Nova is situated between Alicante and Valencia, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
