Inside the holes of the hotel, and in the hotel rooms was a very musky smell. And I guess I learned you really get what you pay for. The room was fine and larger than some others that we had stayed in during this trip. The food at the restaurant for dinner was actually pretty good.

Great place to stay, room was very clean, the bed was very comfy The food was amazing. A million stars for the carvery. I will be back again with my children, my eldest loved the room and the restursnt food.

OK but not great

A decent place with good room amenities and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of options. The carpet in my room was in need of a good shampoo, it was not very clean. The staircase was in similar condition. And while I appreciate being energy efficient, entering a dark hallway (lights are motion activated) on my floor when coming and going made me uncomfortable.

We had a spacious room on the ground floor with a large bathroom. The place was spotless and reasonably well equipped. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied with cookies. There was also a hairdryer and an iron. No fridge or air con although the windows do open slightly but it is close to a busy road so this was quite noisy. One thing irritated me was the mirror was too far away from the sockets when using the hairdryer. We didnt have interact much with the staff but they were friendly and polite when we did.

Cheap and cheerful hotel , was abit far out to centre but we jumped the bus in which was 35 mins . Was very clean and front desk staff lovely exceptional customer service skills Breakfast was a lot better than I thought even at 10:50 still plenty of choice as we came for the nightlife so just about made it for breakfast but still warm and plenty to choose
