This apartment has one roof over deck with ocean views. Large bathroom with laundry included, full kitchen with dashwasher, large living room space with A/C included, private rear deck in the back. Large side yard for playing sports. Please note we only book SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.

First Time on Fern
This property was even nicer than we expected. It was the perfect location for our needs, near the Seaside Pavilion. Peaceful beach decor and spacious rooms. Best of all (to my mind at least) was the washer and dryer! We hope to return.

This is a wonderful property, close to the downtown area and beach. A lovely deck, spacious, accommodation, full bathroom, kitchen dining area. Wonderful communication with property manager. Absolutely recommended!
