Service Room
The room did not have a pleasant smell. The room was never cleaned by housekeeping. Towels and water for the room were requested at 11:00 am and they indicated that they would be brought shortly, but they never did. Requested again in the afternoon at 5:00 pm and they did not come. At 9:00 pm again had to go down to sing and the housekeeping staff had indicated that they had brought it to the room when they did not. I told the front desk staff that I would not leave until they picked up what I requested and that was the only thing they gave us: towels and water. The rooms do not have a refrigerator or microwave.

The hotel did not include breakfast in your stay the Price for breakfast was very high. Also it have no parking garage that will give you a choice to use Valley parking garage parking.

The only good thing about our stay was the location and it was close to lots of things. The hotel is totally not worth the money. Very outdated, minimal staff, super hot in the hall ways. Our room had old decorations and tape on the wall from no telling when. The tv didn't work and we had to get engineering to room at 1030pm. Wifi is so slow you can't even stream Netflix. Paid for club level to not be given directions that there is 3 club floors but only ONE CLUB LOUNGE you must go to 15th floor for. Bar and food choices were disappointing as well.

The entrance was very dirty but inside the hotel very clean, good condition and service, stuff helpful, room clean and what I liked so much was the bed it was so confortable, clean and fluffy. I definitely will stay again in this hotel!

Great location, but didn't feel like a valued guest because we used Expedia. Every request was denied. The Wyndham name used to be one I felt went above and beyond... But no longer. Would recommend and may give another try.

No on-site parking is crazy. Asking $24 for adults and $18 for kids for breakfast after your rooms are $200+ a night is crazy. Other than that, everything was great.
