This property is in desperate need of an update. We had 5 rooms and every single one had major stains across the carpeting. The upholstery on the furniture was dingy, worn, and torn. There is no on-property self parking, only valet.
The blow dryer was badly melted but the staff replaced it within a couple hours

I was very surprised at this hotel. I had high expectations however, when i first arrived i was directed to my room. I looked around and noticed it wasn't as clean as most hotels i stay in but i didn't think a second thought until i got into my room. There were stains on the floors furniture and the drawers were old and scared, but thats not the worst part. I went to the restroom and not only was it not clean, the toilet still had urine and used toilet tissue from the previous occupant. I was livid! I turned around went to the front desk and demanded another room. I would've asked for a refund and found another hotel but i had 45mins to get ready for my event i flew in for. Last bit, just dont stay here for your safety. I wondered why i kept getting email notifications that this hotel has 99.9% air quality. I found out why. Oustide of my window was a chemical like plant that releases visible toxins in the air through 3 round systems. Be sure to look it up, its there running constantly and you can visibly see it. This place should be banned.

Valets made me feel like I was actually somebody important. Staff was very kind and helpful. For being a clearly older building, the wear and tear was definitely kept to a minimum, and the efforts put into upkeep are much appreciated. If I had a longer stay I would have a review for the spa and club lounge, but sadly my travel plans didn't allow for it.

The line was very long and only 1 person working. The family in front of my son and I and behind us were getting very disturbed. The room is nice my son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hot tub needs to be refinished. The pool is bright clean and not cold. My son could get right in. I put my feet in and it wasn’t bad.
