Valet attendant was very rude. The valet attendant was very aggressive when we first arrived, to valet, which we declined. We were in the checkin line at the entrance of the hotel where there are different lines for valet and a different lane for only check in. Each lane has a sign stating where to drive up to. After checking in ( 5-7 minutes total time which really depends on how long the check in takes) I exit the hotel to return to my partner who had been waiting in the check in area with everyone one else checking in, but he had been told to leave the check in line. When I asked the attendant why he told my partner to leave the area he lied and told me that he hadn’t said to leave. My partner confirmed that wasn’t what he was told. Seems valet parkers have preferential treatment and we had to drive around the hotel several times before finding an offsite spot to unload our car. Valet attendant never apologized and doubled down that he hadn’t told my partner to leave the checkin curbside area. There were also cars parked ahead of us in the check in line which were still there when we walked up later with our bags. Very odd experience This kid was unprofessional from what seemed like and upsell to valet to retaliating for not valeting it seems. Weird.

Checked us in to an unclean room
We arrived a little after 230 pm and got checked into our room. When we went inside the iron board and iron were out, there was urine in the toilet, and the bed was unmade with the previous occupant key s left on the bed. We went down and notified the staff at the counter, and they said they would fix it right away. We arrived back around 415 pm, and found that the room was still dirty and in the same condition it was left in. We notified Suzanne, who was very helpful and we were able to get into a clean, double queen room. This actually wound up working out better because my sister in law and her husband had problems checking in at another establishment, so we were able to get them in with us. Suzanne really pulled through for us, and we appreciate her!!! Side note, when customers tell you their room is dirty after you let them check in, clean it promptly. It’s disgusting to be in a room that’s been slept in without being cleaned. I’m highly disappointed. Suzanne was the saving grace for this place.

Valet Guy!
It was nice other than the valet guy kept insisting on me paying 34$ and trying to almost force into paying for it! I went inside and he said he had to keep my keys incase he needed to move my car which was already out of the way! the lady checking me in was very nice and everything was okay but that’s not the way I wanted to start my stay @ a new place we never stayed at! And not to mention street parking is free on the weekends and the garage across the street is between 1$-15$! 15$ is the maximum they charge! It ended up being 6$ for my car across the street! The hotel itself was okay! My kids enjoyed it and that’s all that matters!

Dated property, multiple bugs and stains in room. Valet is an issue. Was stuck waiting in line in the street for 30 min, then left to find a parking garage on own, had to carry everything a block to hotel bc there was no way to even get into the unloading zone. Then when I walked up, could see lots of space-just very disorganized, then check in was very understaffed and lengthy. Room had multiple bugs and stains. Convenient location, but would not return.

What a nice hotel! I stayed here to visit the Oklahoma City Art Museum's Edith Head exhibit. (Also love the OKC museum!) Very nice check in, hotel bar, comfy bed, clean bathroom. My only complaint is the cost and the wait for my valeted car. $34 plus tip on both ends seems a bit much.

Disappointing
This property needs an update, very 90’s feel. Very disappointed that the bar/restaurant was not open either at all or after 6pm. The room did not have a safe, the shower curtain was almost falling off. In the main lobby, they have a little store which sells primarily microwaved food and candy. However, there is no microwave in the room all in all not the best place I’ve ever stayed.
