This neighborhood is very quiet and safe. This is an ideal house to access a major highway to get anywhere without multiple stoplights!

PARKING: Please read the following regarding Commercial Vehicles, Trucks, Semi-Trailers and Buses. If this ordinance is not followed, the Guest will be billed for the Citation.

- § 59-10450. - Commercial vehicles, trucks, semi-trailers and buses. Commercial vehicles, trucks and semi-trailers shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts, except when being actively loaded or unloaded. Buses shall not be parked or stored in residential zoning districts except at those locations where they are accessory to the operation of civic uses permitted in residential zoning districts. This regulation shall not apply to the AA District.

★ No loud music, voices, or any other loud noises during quiet hours.
★ Please be respectful of the permanent residents who are your neighbors at all times.
★ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

No unstated guests
★ Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property.
★ Any additional guests that does not equal the number of guests in the reservation will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ Visitors must vacate the property by 11 PM each day. Otherwise, will incur a FEE of $50 per night per extra guest.
★ The maximum number of occupants is 8 at all times for houses and 4 for apartments.

Check-in and Check-out
★ FEE: Unapproved Late Check-Out fee: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75.
★ Smoking on the property (inside and outside including driveway, backyard, and front yard), of any kind, will incur a FEE of at least $250 or the actual cost of remediation whichever is higher.
★ FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
★ FEES: any tampering with security camera or equipment will results in a $250 charge per camera
★ Damages to any fixtures, walls, etc. will result in forfeiting your deposit.
★ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.

Pets
★ Pet fee is $85 per two pets. $5 per pet per night after two pets. Maximum of 4 pets per stay.
★ Only Dogs 75 lbs. or less and are house-trained are allowed on the property.
★ Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or bedding.
★ When you leave the property, keep the dog in the kennel or take them with you.
★ A pet remediation FEE of $250 will be charged for any damage beyond normal, reasonable use--including pet messes not cleaned up by you at the end of your stay.

Great Option for OKC
This is located in a great neighborhood and is a very clean home. We loved our stay here and will definitely be booking it again when we come back. Close to restaurants/grocery stores. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs. You won't be disappointed if you choose this property.

Not what was expected
Trees and yard overgrown. House is cute but needs deep cleaning. Mop the dang floors and spray for bugs! Was not stocked with necessities that other VRBO'S have. Location is very convenient for the area. If they would do the things I have suggested here they could ask more for renting. But what we got for 79 bucks a night is expected I guess.
