Everything was clean and looked nice but there were things I didn’t care for. There were big holes in the walls around the sprinklers in the hallways, the hallways were dimly lit, no vent in the bathroom, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all (we were there for 3 days) they didn’t even see if we needed more towels and the breakfast was edible but you really didn’t want to eat it more than once.

When paying for a room upfront and then having to add a deposit was a little weird. The Hotel was very clean, our room was tidy but the toilet ran all night and the bathroom fixtures were not tightened down, made it hard to use them. Overall a good place to stay. The staff were awesome though and certainly went out of there way to accommodate us in such short notice. We will stay again!

Once checked in my father and I entered our room and began unpacking and getting ready to rest after driving for 12 hours that day. When my father went into the bathroom he discovered water all over the floor. Something had been leaking and there was water all over. I went to the room floor to call the front desk and the phone was completely dead. I had to go down to the front desk to report the problem and they had to move us. The moved us to the next floor up. I had to bring the luggage cart back up with me and my father and I had to pack everything back up and move us to the next floor. Once we on the 6th floor we went to the ice machine only to find that was out of order. That was the only ice machine except for the one on the 1st floor. We were not offered nothing for all this trouble. I expect our room should be at least 50% off. When we checked out the next morning all they had for the breakfast was very dry pastries, muffins etc. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Our room had very low water pressure at the bathroom sink. We reported to the front desk and moved to a different room. The water pressure was some better, but had not been updated with a walk in shower or any updates. At the breakfast bar cold sausage gravy was available. The attendant said to use the microwave to warm it up because since motel is so old there were facilities in the kitchen to warm the gravy. Our 2-day was tolerable, however we do not plan stay at this motel on OU future visits to Oklahoma City.
