The staff is so amazing! They made my son and i feel so welcomed. Thank you for having a staff with such great and friendly personalities. Really good location, very walkable area. Staff are very welcoming and eager to help. Room was fine for 2 nights but made the mistake of not knowing how busy street out front would be. If you book, book a room facing the ballpark, not Sheridan Avenue. The loud car/truck noise was disruptive on Saturday night.

Everything was nice except the breakfast “buffet”. They need more options than just waffles.. like maybe pancakes or biscuits and gravy. And just sausage?? No bacon? The container with biscuits or muffins was 3/4ths empty. Didn’t even eat breakfast at the hotel the second morning. Went out instead.
