The room had an odor, musty, likely from the HVAC. Return air vents were dusty. The shower floor was dirty and the shower door did not close. The paint in the room was clearly touched up in various areas creating a patchwork effect. Overall, the property is run down. Staff were friendly.

The property and staff at this hotek are very nice. The one and only issue, and this is not just this hotel, is that the mattresses in rooms for the disabled are downright uncomfortable. The people are suffering enough without having beds made out of hard materials that make them suffer more.

One of the walls had something spilled on it. We tried to turn on a floor lamp and it sparked making the circuit breaker turn off. We call to have it back on and waited over 40 minutes. We were trying to get ready to check out but we had no power. We decided to just check out.

I’m sorry I don’t have names but I remember these ladies faces. Fast check in with 2 employees The breakfast attendant was the best ever. Super clean and food was fresh and hot. Our room was extremely clean with fluffy towels. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn. The location is good but might make you second guess your choice. No worries it’s ok. Cracker Barrel next exit.

The double room I reserved was given away on arrival so we were offered a king room instead for 3 people. Told we could change rooms when the double I booked became available. Needed to check out early, hotel was unwilling to work with us at all on cancellation policy even after the room mishap, reason being because we booked with Expedia. Overall the hotel was dirty and gross with some rooms smelling like raw sewage (their solution was to hand you an extra large bottle of febreeze). What they call deodorizing the room. Had to ask housekeeping for additional towels and a trash bag to empty out cans during our stay. The paint in our room was patchy and discolored in random areas around the room like a haphazard touch up job. Overall not good. Would not recommend!
