Everything about this place was good and we will be coming back to stay here. Yes price is higher but you get what you pay for and it was good. The suite we had was nice!
Fronswai, at the front desk, was very nice & friendly. She even texted me while I was there to see if I needed anything. I think that’s the 1st time anyone has ever done that at any of the hotels I’ve ever stayed at. So courteous & thoghtful!
The hotel is close to baseball field, dining and the hospital. We stayed with 3 small kids and they had cribs, a great breakfast, high chairs in breakfast area, free laundry facilities you just had to bring cleaning items or buy them from the front desk.
I have stayed at multiple Embassy Suites. This is my first time at this location. We were nicely greeted when we arrived for check in. The staff were friendly on our few interactions. The property was nicely kept. Fantastic morning breakfast. Evening managers invitational is always nice.
The place was very clean, well staffed, and spacious. I liked that there was a lounge to go have a drink or order something to eat. The breakfast was fabulous! Everyone was too notch and helped us by being extending our checkout time a little bit when we couldn’t be back before 11:00. Excellent place all around!!
