Our stay was very pleasant. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but seeing some of the food it looked good. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and last time was very good as well. We didn’t have maid service but they gave us extra towels on request. The one thing was our door didn’t close automatically you had to pull it closed. We reported that to the front desk. Room 303. The other thing that was inconvenient was how low to the ground the toilet was. When you get older that is a big deal. We would like to see an upgrade on the toilets before we return. The breakfast was good and appreciated.

The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. The breakfast was okay, but it was cold. They didn’t have the fruit replenished,so there wasn’t any for the later crowd. Hotel staff was super nice and accommodating.

Breakfast was poorly managed. No utensils for every item offered. Seemed unsanitary. Bed was very stiff. Did not sleep well. Front desk was very welcoming and accommodating.

Excellent hotel BUT ... would like it to be a bit more SENIOR people friendly for those of us who are not so computer literate. Couldn't figure out how to work TV... Door to room closes so hard it's difficult to use it. Hit me on the arm and I have a large bruise. Would also be a good idea to ask when checking in if room needs to be close to the elevator. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again if staying in this area. In the future, I will look for E's when traveling.

The area around the hotel is beautiful with ample shopping and dining right there within walking distance. At first glance, the decor in the lobby is grand. The decor in our room seemed a bit dated, however, our overall stay was fantastic! The room was quiet and our sleep was undisturbed. We enjoyed the layout of the room which had a living area separate from the bedroom. Nice! The breakfast in the morning was very good with lots of options. I found the coffee to be weak, but again, I like strong coffee, so that’s personal preference. We stayed for 3 nights. Our experience with booking through Expedia was fantastic. Truly the price we were quoted was the price we paid. No additional charges were added. Expedia kept us updated on our reservation and check out was a breeze. Overall, we were very pleased and will book through Expedia again.
