Very outdated and dirty. The 1st room we were in had bedding that was not changed, had hair and stains on sheets. Also the dresser was falling apart and the smell was horrible. 2nd room (we changed) was slightly better so we just stayed. Robbin was very nice and embarrassed. Outside were druggies and dirty prostitutes the whole stay. Never again.

A good place to stay for a few nights
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I noticed that needed attention was the bathtub. The skidproof surface on the bottom of the tub was very dirty and there was water damage and rust around the top part of the tub and the walls.

All staff were super sweet and helpful. Facility was a bit run down and you can tell they’re trying hard for cleanliness. A few misses tho. 1 of 2 elevators in use but I never waited super long. Room smelled weird but was pretty clean. My coffee maker had previous grounds in it and the reservoir was crusty with dried flakes of coffees gone by (perhaps mold too but can’t confirm). Water took forever to get hot but had good pressure. The breakfast was the most disappointing. Same every day (egg puck, biscuit, flour gravy, cereal, waffle, breads, oatmeal, sometimes yogurt). Styrofoam plates. Coffee flavored water, except one day (have that person make it everyday!). Pro tip: bring the coffee pouch from the room down to steep extra coffee into your weak coffee. If you want your room cleaned or to receive fresh towels/coffee, you need to request that. I like not wasting their time with cleaning during my stay but was surprised to find no attempt. They kindly accommodated when I asked for towels and coffee pouches. I almost feel bad reporting all the imperfections bc the staff really were so nice. But I’d want to know these things before staying there so here ya go.

Esther was the front desk clerk and she was phenomenal Jennifer was housekeeping / helper and she was also phenomenal we stayed there three nights and 4 days and we had a really good experience we had one slight problem with our fridge and Jennifer came up and fixed it immediately our overall experience was phenomenal we have no complaints everything went perfectly the room was clean the AC worked really good the bed was comfortable it was just an overall good experience. The only complaint that we would have is that the hot water was lukewarm but that is the only complaint that we had the breakfast was good the orange juice was outstanding the biscuits and gravy was good we would definitely stay there again the next time that we visit our daughter.

I made the mistake of booking this without reading the reviews. It looks very nice online, and is in a nice part of the city. There was numerous issues. Our floor reeked of marijuana the entire stay. The pool area also reeked of marijuana. I let the front desk know, and he said he took care of it. It never really stopped smelling like that though. I will say, the front desk receptionist was very apologetic and friendly. Our bathtub did not look cleaned, and later that night we found food under and behind one of the beds. They had a shortage of towels because the week before they had 90 towels and pillowcases stolen. The elevator was very sketchy. The door was not wanting to shut at one point when we were on it, and I felt like we were going to get stuck. It was moving very slow. We got off on the 3rd floor, and walked the remaining 4 floors of stairs. The stairs also felt sketchy. I had an overall feeling of it not being safe. I was there with my teenage daughter and my teenage niece. It is not where you want to go if you have anyone this age with you or even if you have a family with younger children. I would not recommend. We did not have the complimentary breakfast, we were just ready to leave.

No hot water was the main issue. Along with vagrants around the hotel and the dirt in the elevators. Additionally doors were constantly being slammed, staining in the room. Just an uncomfortable feeling. Will not return. Definition of you get what you pay for. I really expected more from a Raddison property but unlikely to ever stay at another Raddison property.
