When I arrived I thought I booked a jacuzzi room. The staff member said they couldn’t change rooms due to using Orbitz. A total of 6 cars stayed in hotel. The fridge, room phone and lobby ice machine did not work. I had ceiling pieces fall on my head in pool. The night staff member sat on couch all night watching tablet in pajama attire and seemed bothered when needing assistance. Breakfast was mediocre and did not reflect website.
