We usually stay here and though the breakfast isn't great, it's nice to have the hot tub and the rooms are usually pretty clean. This last time we went, the AC didn't work in our first room so we were moved to another room that had roaches... I understand if I find like 1 but it was bad enough that multiple roaches would scatter when I turned the light on in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I've never seen roaches that bad there before but I think we were also right above the pool area this time so maybe that's why? Either way, it is enough for me to be concerned they might hitch a ride on my toiletries and I don't think that's very excusable.

Dog smell & no sheets

The room smelled like the dog that stayed there before me. There was kibble on the floor and dog hair in the room. Cockroach in the bathroom. I asked them to clean the room of the kibble and dog hair. I returned for the second night and there were no sheets on my bed, nor was the dog stuff cleaned. I had to ask for another room, which they were nice about giving to me.

Rooms were fairly clean! Sheets did have minor spots that I spotted but nothing too concerning. The one thing that really bothered me was how noisy the air conditioning system was in the room. It definitely made me wake up frequently from the noise. Other than that the room was cozy and bed pretty comfy. My partner fell asleep very quickly saying how comfortable he was. We unfortunately didn’t make it to breakfast but there were a few breakfast and coffee shops nearby.

An OK stay for the price.

The hotel is pretty dated. The towels were stained and ripped. We looked specifically for an indoor pool, but it was cold and only 3.5ft deep. The bathroom door had a giant hole. The shower was very slow to drain. There were lots of food options around. It worked well for an overnight as we drove through.

The moment we walked in our room was filthy! Dust everywhere, from mirrors to the tissue paper holder. Sticky spots on the table were never cleaned as well as brochure book in room. It wreaked of smoke! Breakfast was limited and our room wasnt cleaned between days. They picked up our towels, didnt replace them, and took my grandsons shorts. When I asked about compensation for the stolen ahirts from our room i was told nothing could be done. I could have stayed somewhere better for less. STAY AWAY the most disgusting place i have ever stayed and we travel frequently!

OK Place in OKC

This hotel is located in a nice part of OKC. The room was spacious but not the cleanest.The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was okay.

Walked into my room and cockroaches on the bed and in the room. Angie and Justin from front desk are refusing to refund me. We were in the room for 1 minute and walked right out and booked another hotel (La Quinta Wyndham) where facilities were much better. I have reported this incident to the health department and awaiting an on site inspection and word on next steps to get my money back for this. Terrible customer service/relations from Angie
