I've stayed here numerous times before with no issues. This stay, I get put in a room with completely bricked A/C. You would think they check this between guests. As I'd arrived far behind schedule, I just tossed my bag into the room without checking if the AC worked, assuming it would like the roughly ten times I'd been here before. I get back to my room after an evening on the town, just to have a hot room with stagnant air. As I take the elevator down to the lobby to notify staff, another guest tells me he has the same issues with his room's A/C. I get told there's nothing that can be done, and (though there were vacancies online) no other rooms were available, so I just packed up, and ended going straight home with no rest, as no one else in downtown had rooms available. Wasted my time, money, and my good will for this town.

The very definition of putting lipstick on a pig. This place was a mess. I booked a reservation for two nights in a suite for my wife and I we were celebrating our five year anniversary. This was the first time that we had been alone in over a year without the kids so we were super excited to have a little getaway. All of that was immediately put on hold the minute we stepped into our suite. It was a nasty mess the bathtub had mold and, dirt, and pubic hair and the faucet was leaking and basically hanging off the wall. I notified the staff members and I was told that there was no replacement rooms for me to transfer to and that they would send up maintenance to fix the bathtub and to clean it. I agreed and we left for the evening when I came back, the bathtub was fixed, but the bathtub and the bathroom itself were still completely disgusting. I was shocked that even after Complaining about the state of the bathtub and bathroom that they did not address it. I then went to go speak with the manager and the staff at the front desk both of which were very pleasant. Obviously, I was upset as my wife was completely disgusted by the conditions. As I’m speaking with the staff members, I noticed there is a list of other room numbers on a piece of paper that had been transferred that day because of the unclean conditions of the hotel. This place was disgusting and they had the audacity not to comp my stay. Avoid this lipstick on a pig, it looks nice but it’s gross

Happy but sad.
Frost let me say the check in was a breeze. Front end staff was friendly and polite. Gave me coupons for breakfast. Told us of things to do in the area. But too things I’m a little upset about, when we got to our rm. my wife called me into the bathroom area and on the toilet there was a pubic hair. Now that scares me to how there cleaning practice really is. But secondly we showered the next morning and the shower pressure was a joke the toilet has more pressure. But other than that it was a well done trip and stay.

Convenient, but the property lacks a gym and charges almost $20 for parking. The second day I was there, they checked someone else into my room - If I wouldn't have happened to be in my room, someone would have had access to all my personal property.
