We stayed here while riding the KVR. We had to go to osoyoos from Rock Creek to reconnect to the trail and we stayed here and it was great. They have safe bike storage in the garage and the pool area had a sauna as well as hot tubs and showers which was great for the legs. The room was super clean and spacious and the staff were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was also very good.

Pros: Location is good - on the lake, close to stores, view is nice (if you're not on the ground floor). Staff is nice and helpful. Cons: Property condition and facilities - need to be renovated/improved/replaced ASAP. It is noisy - you hear everything that is going on in the hallway, upstairs, left and right. Appliances are soooo old - we were waking up every 30 mins or so at night because the fridge sounds like an old tractor. It turns on - you wake up panicking. Dishwasher sounds like it's about to explode - you can't be in the apartment when it's on, way too loud. Sinks - the drainage situation is absurd. Water goes down veeeeery slowly in the washroom, kitchen sink strainer is impossible to take out if it accidentally was pushed in. Washroom is a bit moldy here and there.

We liked the resort we were just disappointed that we were told our room was given away to a party of 50 that arrived as we checked in “late” at 6:30pm-we tried calling for heads up but no answer from front desk-short staffed. Regardless, we prepaid FULL amount up front not just a deposit and had our request sent in so feel we should’ve had what we requested-room with un-obstructed lake view. We did NOT get LAKEVIEW as described in photo by Expedia & resort -we were ground floor to a boxwood bush facing the pool with no sun exposure. On top of it we were charged more than anticipated from $822 fee it changed to 855 at checkout page 🙃

The hotel was well appointed with great decor that made you feel welcome. The beds were a dream to sleep in & I didn’t wake up with a sore back or neck. The kitchenette was handy for preparing breakfast & snacks. There was everything we could imagine we needed except salt & pepper- we didn’t think to bring our own. The pool, hot tub & steam room were excellent & well used. We never ran out of pool towels. As well, the housekeeping staff were right there when you needed something. We are going back again next year!

The view was great! We were on pool side, so noisy with kids until the pool closed, but that was o.k. The bed was not very comfy but I loved how parking was included and no extra charge and there is tons of restaurants and a grocery store a short walk away.

Our 2 bedroom suite was well appointed, clean, spacious. The beds and linens were luxurious. The lake view patio was picturesque. Overall, the hotel is well maintained, staff were welcoming and the pool and hot tubs were wonderful. The atmosphere is more like a spa and was a welcome rest from a day of driving. The location is convenient and walking distance to shops, restaurants and anything you may need during your stay.

Our room had a gorgeous view of the lake. The hotel was clean, elevators were fast, and underground parking was available but the spots were very tight. The onsite restaurant was enjoyable with a great view and the food was excellent. The hotel is dog friendly which is nice. Since the rooms are owned they are fully equipped with dishes, a toaster, blender, stove, washer/dryer, and even dish soap and laundry detergent. My only annoyance is the pool is located outside the balconies so you can hear the kids screaming all day. We went off-season but I can only imagine what it's like in the summer when the pool is full. The hotel is located right on main street and is very walkable. All in all a very enjoyable stay.
