Pool and hot tub were closed….not advertised and no email warning. Front desk could care less when we mentioned that the only reason we came to this hotel was because of the pool. One of my employees even bought a bathing suit before we came in anticipation. The rooms are old and out dated. There isn’t even a plug in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The balcony went over the pool that wasn’t open so it was almost rubbing it in….then some people were smoking cigarettes and weed in the atrium indoor area. Both rooms were gross. They did give us breakfast coupons in the end for Denny’s about the pool closure….the Denny’s need some work too. Very old and out dated. Their bathroom was TERRIBLE. Also, the Moxies is a block down the road. Not even on the same property. Won’t stay here again. Save your money.

The hotel appears not to repair anything that is broken, the pool and hot tub has been closed for 3 months, equipment in the gym was broken so difficult to have a workout, The elevators in the Tower part of hotel were not working properly, Management needs to be replaced with people who care about their customers. The hotel is in a good location and staff are friendly and my suite was clean and comfortable

My family and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. This last time there were cigarettes in the toilet and the room smelled like smoke. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub. These amenities are the only reason we book this hotel, also the rates were very high for being out of season. Overall I hope this was a one off experience and I hope the hotel gets back to normal operation.

We had chosen this hotel because of the nice pool and hot tub however, they were closed for maintenance which was disappointing. Also the beds were way to low and way to soft.

The staff was wanderful in helping us but the rooms are very outdated. We booked a suite with a kitchen and so many things were dirty, broken dishwasher, broken washing machine stored in the closet, room smelled like smoke so we had to get moved. The pool and hot tub were closed so we ended up canceling and moving. No where on expedia does it say the pool and hot tub are closed.

The hotel looked like a haunted house (empty with missing door handles on doors, boarded up walls, garbage all through the hallways). Even if it was in renovations, it looked extremely unkept and dirty with nails on the floor. There is no elevator so prepare to haul your suitcases up a flight of stairs yourself (as the hotel staff couldn’t care less to help you up or even offer). The room doors don’t close properly unless they are slammed really hard. Extremely thin walls. The amenities were broken down pool (closed the entire town), a dirty gym that had broken equipment). The room we got was not the one in the picture and the pictures are from other hotels. Complete bait and switch. The cleaning staff did not come around when requested and there was hair all over the shower and a dead bug in the bed. So yes stay at this hotel for Halloween if you want a haunted house feel.
