As a family, the large grounds and the portico (rope and swing) allow outdoor games.
Also enjoy the Haie Traversaine leisure center 3 km away (free supervised swimming, inflatable structure course, paddle, canoe...), Vaux park in Ambrieres les Vallées 7 km away with its municipal swimming pool, fishing, horse riding open all year round, canoeing in summer, tennis and 18-hole mini golf from April to October.

The cottage is an independent 19th century house located in a hamlet and with an enclosed plot of 3000m². On the ground floor you have a 60m² living room with equipped kitchen, lounge area and dining room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 4 beds and a bathroom - 2 separate toilets.
The living room allows you to invite a little family up to 20 people (dishes, table, chairs available).

Very large lawn with children's swing. Semi-enclosed land because a passage has been made to access the path that leads to the river 150m below, from the back of the house. Access to the woods that run along the Colmont, a fishing river, with federal card.

Coming from Mayenne on the D 23, at La Haie-Traversaine, turn left at the entrance to the village (Rue de la Colmont). The road crosses the subdivision. Exit to the left. Then take the 1st road on the right "Route de la Teurerie". Continue for 3 km and turn right "La haute fumière". The La Haute Fumière gîte is at the end of the small road, at number 175.
