The Board of Health for Ogunquit should pay a visit. The floor outside toilet & shower where the sink was, was slippery and dangerous. The tub was filthy. The pole light in the room had to be plugged in as the knob was missing. The bed linens did not seem clean. I complained, was told that I could not get a refund if we left. Under new management. Great for just one or 2 nights. Close enough to walk to downtown. Clean rooms and loved having fridge and microwave but rooms could use a little tlc (paint) small rug near door for wet shoes as it rained the weekend we were there. Staff awesome.

Nice clean and friendly property. We were there after labor day and the pool area was closed. Would have been nice to have a sitting area with some tables and chairs other than the little plastic ones outside our room.

This property needs to be renovated . They have for a long time overextended the rooms quality . It's clean but everything about the rooms is so old . The bath is in bad condition and the mattress needs to be changed. For the price they charge at $ 349.99 / night it's kind of abusing the consumers.
