They seem to be good for long term stayers but the beds were terrible bugs on the floor and it was so loud

All I wanted was to be warm, It was a bed in a warm room...thats all I wanted. The room came with a microwave and refrigerator that was an extra $5., it was worth it. Bring extra blankets because they just have a sheet, if you dont you'll have the heater cranked up and it may only get up to 73° All and all, it was ok. Very basic, I paid $78. Total.
