Relax and enjoy the peace and serenity of our 2 bedroom home in Ocho Rios in the hills of Breadnut Hill, 7 mins drive from the city. This is a gated community with 24/7 security. The house is modern and new, fully furnished and equipped with, 3 smart TV’s, exterior cameras. There is a pool, kid’s playground, gym, tennis and basket ball courts.
The space
Space is comprised of living and dining areas,master and guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, powder room, kitchen, and wash room. The space will be occupied by guest only, and not shared. There is private parking for up to 4 cars. Homes are separated by concrete walls. The hot water is produced by solar but there is a backup electrical system when there is not enough sunlight. The electrical heater has to be switched on from the wall next to the dryer and switched off after use.
Guest access
The entire house is available and not shared. The kitchen is fully functional. The city water supply is potable and there is a backup water tank. The switch for the pump is located behind the door in the wash room but it must only be turned on when city water is not available. Please turn it off when city water returns, once tested.
Other things to note
Neighbors are courteous and helpful. You can safely walk/jog in the community at any time and access to available amenities (pool and gym) is 24 hours.
