THIS IS A TWO STORY TWO BEDROOM TWO BATH CONDO ON THE BEACH. IT HAS A GATED ENTRY INTO A PARKING GARAGE BENEATH THE BUILDING. TWO PARKING SPACES ARE ALLOWED FOR THIS UNIT. IT HAS THREE TV'S, DVD AND INTERNET ACCESS. IT HAS A RAISED DECK WITH TABLE, FOUR CHAIRS AND BBQ, SO YOU CAN RELAX AND WATCH ALL OF THE ACTION ON THE BEACH. IT IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE PISMO STATE BEACH ENTRANCE AT PIER AVENUE.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. It was perfect size for two adults and a dog. We loved having direct access to the beach for morning walks. The condo had everything we needed for a nice trip. The host was very helpful at all the right times.

We were very pleased with our experience at this property. Immediately the kids started planning when we would be returning! We have a daughter in a wheelchair and even though it was a little far we were easily able to carry her down to the water. The beds and sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and cozy and we had everything we needed to have the perfect relaxing trip by the water. There is some traffic of cars driving onto the beach right outside of the condo, but that didn't pose a problem at all. Just maybe something to be aware of if that might bother you. But it was no problem whatsoever. And Slappy's right next door was a welcome treat for my kids with a late night treat of a yummy churro. We would stay here again without hesitation. It was perfect.

Pismo wedding

The property was in excellent condition. Everything was perfect. My daughter had a beach wedding with a beach reception, complete with bonfires. Everything was beautiful. Where we stayed was so convenient. I hope to stay again.

Great beach-except for one factor

This condo has a great location except for it being next to the entry for the dunes. All day/night there was continuous vehicles & sounds entering & leaving. We felt like being in a fish bowl. The shutters for the slider were not operable. The condo itself was very nice.

Quote from my kids: “ it was the best, absolutely amazing!” I walked in the beach for an hour every morning, and the kids played on the dunes right in front of the patio when I didn’t want to be outdoors with them. Parking was easy and secure. We were very pleased with this property.

Great Vacation!

We had a great time on our vacation here. Pros: right on the beach (literally), rental includes beach chairs, BBQ, "private" fire pit and direct beach access. Condo is roomy and host provides toiletries like shampoo. Hosts are thoughtful and communicate well. Cons: traffic to the beach parking (right next to the condo) starts at 6:30am. We didn't mind, but there is some noise. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

Short but fun

Cute little house for my family of 6. We had 2 rooms, each with a queen bed, there was also a little loft in the hallway upstairs. Has everything you need for a mini get away! Kitchen, toys and beach stuff for the small and big kids. Perfect place for my family of 6. Check in was smooth… only thing is check out is at 10 which was a little early for my kiddos 😅 but it worked out fine. We had a wonderful time.

Graduation Celebration

My daughter graduated from High School here on the Central Coast and preferred to gather with family at the beach and what better place but in our back yard and found the perfect spot. Everything shown of this property is what you will get and MORE. Our host surprised us with some thank you gifts, in case you forgot some things from home. If you are a beach goer with dune buggies this is the place! Thank you Steven Bruce for such great place to stay.

On The Beach

Nice weekend getaway. Loved that you can walk from the back deck onto the beach!! And the condo has a view of the beach/ocean. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was great for each couple. One bedroom/bath upstairs and the other downstairs.

Overwhelmed

Overwhelmed to say, its beautiful decor, to view, to we were excited! I had a problem with pad lock, Steve answed my call immediately and helped me. When we walked in we assumed photos would possibly be misleading. To our shock, no the home was exactly as shown and more. Beautiful beach decor. Definitely made you feel on vacation. Any questions we had Steve was quick to respond and act. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful view. The action at the dunes was awesome to watch. We ate at Slappys Chowder House conveniently next door literally. The owner of Slappys let us park our jeep in his parking. Eventhough we were parked in the garage. We had a disabled grandparent. Perfect for our dune toys. Which were also parked on dune in front. We went for our daughters wedding on the dunes. Its was perfect. A couple of hiccups along the way but all in all wonderful.
