🌧 day, perfect stay
Had everything you needed and even toiletries if you forgot yours the only con was the stairs were a lot for my older dog. But her being able to lay out on the deck made up for it . There is a lot of house your able to seperate your party comfortably .

Location of the house was nice. I liked all the dishes, towels, and garbage bags (usually they only give you 3, which when you have a large group it seems unrealistic). They need to do better on the dusting, sweeping downstairs and cleaning of windows/mirrors. The Murphy bed is broken. Which would’ve been nice to have known before pulling it out since when I pulled it out it fell out Squished my fingers in the handle on the outside of the Murphy bed and in between the couch where it was centered and just about broke my fingers. They are swollen with bruising. I called to let management know. Amber said “oh yeah, my manager was there yesterday and noticed that it was broken.” That should definitely be addressed.

Sweet oceanfront property
A perfect place to relax and stay with teenagers. The game room and sauna were great. They took over that room as their suite for the week. A short beautiful walk to the ocean and miles of oceanfront greats you each day. Just what we all needed! You are a good 10 minute drive to town, but it’s not too bad, and the town is super cute with great food options. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Everything you could want in a beachfront rentalt
We stayed for 6 days, and still only used about half the features of the house. All of the amenities in the listing were available, well-maintained and fully functional, as were a dozen cool features not even mentioned on the web. Plus, the view and the beach were idyllic. A fantastic place to stay.

Great place for a getaway
We spent 5 days at Owls Nest. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The view of the ocean is amazing. You are a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to town!! The rental agency was easy to work with and checked in periodically with us. It was a great stay and I am sure we will be back!

Great winter getaway.
We had a great escape from the city and enjoyed the little plug-in fireplaces and sauna! Super cozy! I can see why it’s also great in the summer time. Love the updated tech features around the home which was something I never think about (or even have in my own home) which just made our trip easier! Thanks and I hope to stay again soon.

Great Place for Families
Seven of us—spanning 3 generations—absolutely loved this place. The home owners decked this place out for fun, with a great audio/visual system (aka man cave), pool table, video game, bikes, fishing poles, juke box, darts, popcorn machine and plenty of space to use it all. There’s even an indoor sauna and an outdoor fire pit. The beds were all comfy, with good quality linens and towels, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Best beach house I’ve ever rented!

Very close to beach
This house is large and can accommodate 8-10 people easily. We went there for razor clamming, and liked how easily we can walk to the beach. The nearby houses are a mish mash, some nice, some not with junky cars in the yard, but then, that's much of Long Beach. We liked the open floor plan where people can cook together and still hang with folks in the living area.

Quiet, peaceful getaway
We just returned from spending four days at this very nice secluded beach location. Perfect size for a family a six with teenagers. It is located a few miles outside of town—but close enough to visit restaurants and the grocery store. There are just a few neighbors nearby and the beach is a three-minute walk. Lots of wildlife. Enjoyed the morning walks on the beach. Thanks!

Great experience top to bottom.
The house had virtually every amenity you can think of. Spices and seasonings, bbq, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms all well supplied, great beach access for better weather and an awesome game room when it was raining (karaoke, juke box, pool table, darts). Wi-fi was strong everywhere. Projection TV was a hit. Room for everyone to have their own space when they wanted. View of the ocean always in sight. Couldn't ask for a better time. Responese to emails was quick when questions. Thank you!
