Tiffanie By The Sea 218D is a newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath condo on 56th Street. Building has an outdoor pool and kiddie pool. Unit has balcony with a peek of the ocean. Great location. Short walk to the beach, shops, dining and water activities.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This condo can sleep 6, bed sizes include 2 queens and a queen sleep sofa.
Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. For your convenience, unit also supplied with a washer and dryer. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Loved our stay!
Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean and comfortable. Location in midtown was ideal for us as we could walk to events at the convention center we were participating in. Plenty of good food in walking distance too. Loved hearing and seeing a peek of the ocean from the balcony! Highly recommend!

Great OC condo
This was a perfect place for what we needed. A long weekend getaway with just 4 of us. Close to the beach, well equipped and comfortable. Only downside is the stairs to get to the condo. If you have bad knees, not the rental for you.
