I stayed at a beautiful 2bedroom condo but the service was terrible. During check in I was told that the house keeping doesn’t come and when I needed something I would have to call. The first day I had to call 2x for towels. The second day I had to call 2x for towels, 3x for dish water soap, and 3x for trash bags. It was not worth it. Too much aggravation. We missed a dinner reservation because we couldn’t shower in time due to not having towels. I was traveling for 3 children and this resort wasn’t accommodating for the amount of money I paid for the 2bedroom condo. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The property was very clean nice big hotel. I just did not like the restaurant close and the bar closes at 10 PM each night especially when you got a full hotel. It seems like you will be open especially when you got a hotel full of people want to sit up and drink and eat and have a great time while on vacation

This property was not worth the price at all. I spotted a mouse while we were at the pool. We took pictures. The room was stinky and the floors were uneven. The access to the beach was the only winning factor for this place. Still a far cry from a friendly environment. The manager Carin was rude, had no sense of hospitality and was condescending in her tone. The hotel is far from the Ocean City Boardwalk making it an issue to get around unless you have a vehicle. The pool was dirty and even with goggles you could not see under the water. I never share reviews, nonetheless less favorable ones, but I needed to share this so other families don’t go through the same thing. I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. Several times on the elevator other families were heard complaining about the same issues. Negative -10 stars for this place.

The last time we were here was 10 years ago. Whyyy are the rooms still the same? Carpet in halls on the 4th floor are pathetic and dirty. Glass door on balcony needs serious replacements. The bed squeaks as soon as you sit on it and move. Pathetic. No free water is offered. Very tacky. Good upgrade in adding the outdooe restaurant The Current however.

I loved my stay with here I liked my room better than my last one when I stayed here before! It’s definitely a great resort hotel I love that the beach is rite there u don’t have to go far the pool was great my daughter enjoyed that! I plan on coming back next year hopefully stay longer this time! The room was clean shower was great as well! The room was so spacious!

The staff is very friendly. The amenities would be nice if they could be used past 10pm. Really, I understand the pool closing at 10pm but the bar and the fire pit? Come on there was absolutely nothing to do after 10pm. Felt like I was punished and had to go to my room.

Our room was very clean and neat. I observed the cleaning crew as I was leaving and they were very thorough in cleaning the room, removing sofa cushions, etc.. The front desk staff was not pleasant or welcoming. A bunch of young snotty girls that seemed annoyed if you asked them questions about the facility and the surrounding area. The common areas need to be upgraded. The pool didn’t look clean so we didn’t dare use it and the indoor bar was empty/closed on a Saturday afternoon in mid summer! That area just needs more excitement for me to feel like the $400 a night I paid for was worth it. Maybe ensuring bartenders were available in the tiki huts, some music, and perhaps some activities like other resorts do??
