Reserved a suite room advertised ass queen bed full kitchen. Came with full bed not queen. Full kitchen was fridge sink dishwasher microwave oven no cooktop or stove. Was a clean hotel.

Check in Valerie was wonderful and put us at ease. We stayed for 4 nights and only had 1 cleaning. We thought that was a little odd. Breakfast was great. Plenty of variety. Room was spacious and quiet. Pool was nice and I was not expecting a wetland view. There is a little dock in the back and people were successfully crabbing there. Walk to shops and restaurants.

Upon checking in the toilet in my room was clogged. Went to the lobby and asked them to fix it before I left for dinner. When I came back I was told that they have no maintenance service after 5 pm and was given some tools to unclogged it myself. I refused and asked to talk to a manager. I was given another room (king bed instead of two double). The next morning I talked to the manager and she apologized and offered to reimburse the first night. Two weeks later no reimbursement was received. Location is good but noisy at night and breakfast is below average. I don’t recommend this hotel

Staff was awesome. We had a few unnecessary calls to the room about checkout even after paying extra to check out late but was easily resolved. The bed situation was not good….but that was our fault for reserving a queen bed vs a king bed if they have one. Breakfast was awesome and they do offer a full kitchen which was highly appreciated. Thank you! We will certainly be back.

We stayed for 6 nights in August. Hotel is very easy to get to with lots of parking spaces. Staff was very helpful. It is one block from the beach. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well as two gas grills if you want to cook in the outside of the hotel. Pool was large. Breakfast is served weekdays from 6:30am till 9:30am, and on the weekends from 7am till 10am. There is a $10 daily parking. Apartment we stayed in was a double queen bed with a pullbout sofa. There is a good size fridge if you ware staying a couple of day. Kitchen has everything but cooktop, I believe you have to ask the front desk if you need them, but we didn't. Overall, very good hotel with lots of convenience.

Our room was a good size for our family (4 of us). Didn’t use the kitchen for cooking having only stayed 2 nights. Fridge was a good size for our snacks. Hotel was a short walk to cross main road to go to beach. Breakfast was included and had a good variety and changed what was available the next day. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

When I first arrived the person who checked me in was totally not friendly at all No Welcome or even a smile.The breakfast they offer was pretty poor and lots of chaos to many people trying to get food at one time and pretty messy.I really would never stay there again and it was very pricey,There was a cart with cleaning supplies by the elevator that stayed there the 2 Days I was there

Very nice property and staff. About 2 blocks from the beach and many restaurants around this area. Everything is walkable which is nice. While the property is nice, our room was a bit dirty. It didn’t bother us enough to complain but something to keep in mind for people who may be OCD about cleanliness. Also, I don’t remember seeing anything on Expedia regarding the $10 per night parking fee but they do charge for that so something to keep in mind.
