**Hotel Review: Perfect Getaway with Ocean Views and Cozy Comfort** We recently stayed at this gem of a hotel and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Our room had a stunning ocean view that took our breath away every morning—there's nothing like waking up to the sight and sound of the waves! The jacuzzi was the perfect touch after a day out, providing a refreshing way to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We loved the little comforts, too—the room came stocked with plush robes and fresh coffee, making mornings especially relaxing. Plus, the hotel is ideally located, so there were plenty of things to do within walking distance. We visited during the off-season, and it turned out to be the best time to go. It was peaceful without the usual crowds, which made everything more enjoyable. The hotel is a bit older, but that didn’t bother us at all—it had character, and for the price, it was just right. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, affordable seaside retreat!

The staff was excellent. Everyone is so friendly. The rooms are dated but very clean. The beds are horrendous. Very disappointing. I asked for a queen and we got two doubles. My husband is 6'4 and 230 lbs. The beds sank . . just horrific.

I’ve stayed at the Grand before; the location is great. Hotel has lots of shops. Although I had ocean view, I didn’t like the deck view because you can’t see the boardwalk.

We been coming here for several years. However, property is showing its age. We love the location of the hotel and how almost all rooms have an ocean view. The service can be better at the shops they have on property. They need to enforce no smoking in the rooms and balconies. Our room smelled like someone was smoking in it. We realized all the rooms on the floor share the vents so you will get the cigarette smell when someone else smokes on the floor.

We actually had a really great time at the hotel, but there were a few things that I did not like. We did not receive full housekeeping on our third day there they did not make the beds. They only changed out the dirty towels. Also, our water was cut off unexpectedly for a hour and a half because the room next to us shower handle had broken and needed repair. However, the lady that checked us out was amazing and made sure we were compensated for the inconvenience.

The hotel was more of a resort noting that there were 2 restaurants on site, arcade and spa. The room was large but antiquated.The bathroom wasn’t very clean and the carpet had stains. The balconies had gates and not privacy walls. However, these were minor concerns that didn’t impact my stay. I would stay again because having a restaurant on the 6 floor was ideal for breakfast, especially since it was the same floor I stayed on.
