**Hotel Review: Perfect Getaway with Ocean Views and Cozy Comfort** We recently stayed at this gem of a hotel and couldn't have been happier with our experience. Our room had a stunning ocean view that took our breath away every morning—there's nothing like waking up to the sight and sound of the waves! The jacuzzi was the perfect touch after a day out, providing a refreshing way to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We loved the little comforts, too—the room came stocked with plush robes and fresh coffee, making mornings especially relaxing. Plus, the hotel is ideally located, so there were plenty of things to do within walking distance. We visited during the off-season, and it turned out to be the best time to go. It was peaceful without the usual crowds, which made everything more enjoyable. The hotel is a bit older, but that didn’t bother us at all—it had character, and for the price, it was just right. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, affordable seaside retreat!

We arrived after 4pm and our room was not ready. We were told it would be about an hour till it was ready. Get to our room and the maid was taking a dry rag and just flinging it across the counters. Not even wiping then down. First thing i always do is check the bed. I pull the covers back and the sheets were still imprinted were someone slept. They did not even change the sheets. They were dirty and smelled. So i had to ask for new bedding and the maide didnt want to give ys any. Finally after standing there for about 25 minutes she gave me some which were in a cart right beside her. The carpet was beyond filthy. I asked for a refund and was told no by the front desk because we were going to leave. The first morning around 8am there was an evacuation alarm and everyone had to evaluate the building. Great way to start a vacation. I will never stay at this hotel again and i dont recommend anyone does. It wont let me upload pictures.

Grand Spa and Hotel
This is my favorite hotel in OC. I love it's location, it's always clean. They do not tolerate any nonsense. I have seen them call the police and kick rowdy guests to the curb. Staff if friendly and helpful. They have a little cafe that has good food and coffee.
