Four Bedroom Oceanside Townhome with Pool and View

The Space:
Quintessential beachfront townhome in Ocean City, Maryland with an outdoor pool and great views. This townhome offers four bedrooms, three full-bathrooms and ample interior and exterior living space. The open living area features the living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and a full-bathroom. There is a large covered balcony off of the living area that leads directly out to the beach. The first bedroom is just off the living area on the first floor and features a twin-sized bed with a twin trundle-bed and a television. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, sleep-sofa, television, sitting area and nice views of the beach and ocean. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a set of bunk-beds and a deck. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor and features a king-sized bed, television and an ensuite full-bathroom. There is also a wet-bar on the third floor that leads out to a large deck with great views of the beach and ocean. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or on the water. The third full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the home. New carpets and new televisions have been installed for the 2025 season!
Community amenities include an outdoor pool, community beach area and onsite parking. Restaurants, shopping, nightlife, amusements and more are all just a short walk away. General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.

The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.

No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.

Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.

Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

Convenience with a few frustrations
Overall, it was a nice stay. The property was found as advertised; however, there was an infestation of ants that we battled all week. There were ant traps in the property when we arrived and we purchased more throughout the week. The bedding was stained in some places as well. The accuracy of information about access to the pool was a bit frustrating at first. But we got that sorted out rather quickly. The location to the ocean was amazing and very convenient with young children!
