Loved the ocean view, the extremely friendly staff, esp Check in staff Mira and customer service rep Kyle who made sure my stay was comfortable. This is the first time I’ve experienced a representative who was truly a text away and immediately responded to my every request! I also appreciated the upgrade, but my neighbors were extremely loud as if they were in the very next room. I think this unit may have been a 2 bedroom suite that was divided by a door. It would’ve worked if it wasn't a room full of people AND children. The main reason I gave a 4 star was because of the HORRIBLE on site restaurant, Solstice! My husband and I looked forward to staying in a location that we didn’t have to leave out for breakfast, lunch, dinner, esp breakfast. After our first night we never went back! The food was totally unacceptable to sell to customers!!! We got take out, and just threw it away. If we were eating in we would’ve sent it back!

The hotel property was lovely and the location is perfect, quiet beach front and steps to the board walk. However we booked an ocean front suite knowing we’d be in the room a lot with our infant sleeping, and the room reeked of dog urine. The hotel staff checks in with you on multiple occasions to see how things are going which is great. They relayed our concerns to housekeeping who shampooed the carpet twice during our stay in addition to keeping the room well cleaned and stocked. The smell though still smacked us in the face every time we entered the room. I say this as a dog mom familiar with the challenges of house training and thinking of my dog as part of the family, I would not stay here again and risk having the smell of urine burning my nostrils for my vacation.

I found the hotel to be overrated. While the TV in the room looked nice, it only allowed live channels—streaming apps like YouTube or other movie platforms couldn’t be connected. The pool also wasn’t well-maintained; there was sand at the bottom and overall it didn’t feel clean enough.

Oceanfront room, clean, easy check-in, staff checked in each day to see if we needed anything. Cleaning/new towels every other day to be eco friendly. Large room with fridge and microwave. Only disappointment was trying to maintain equal temperature in room- either AC blew really cold air for a time period to cool down room or didn’t turn on and room warmed up.

Beach view was great, service was friendly, but as far as my stay. There were absolutely no instructions on how to operate TV or enable Wi-Fi, no list of amenities and hours available. I had to call the front desk to ask questions. There was no list of channels for the TV and the internal Guide to the TV Channels had no information. We had to call the front desk to get someone to get the coffee maker to work, there wasn’t even a mini note pad anywhere in the room and the electric socket in the bathroom didn’t work. Also to top it off my 2 Night stay for a quoted price of $371, plus parking $20 and a restaurant charge of $77.09, equaling $468.09 didn’t happen. My credit card has been charged $771.14, an overcharge of$303.05. I will never use Hotels to book or Hilton to stay if this is the way they do business.

This property offered free parking last year. I was unaware that it changed several months ago to $10 a day. The parking lot cannot accommodate everyone & yet you are charged upon arrival. This is unfair. The hotel management knows that there are more rooms than spaces for parking. The parking fee needs to stop.

I booked and paid for a King Suite, but upon arrival, I was told the hotel had overbooked and couldn’t give me the room I reserved. Instead, they downgraded me to a regular King room. That would have been disappointing enough, but what really shocked me was their refusal to refund the price difference. This was their mistake, yet they expected me to pay for a suite while staying in a standard room. When I asked for the refund, they flat-out refused, showing no accountability or professionalism. It felt like they were taking advantage of guests and hiding behind excuses. Yes, the hotel itself was clean and well-kept, but none of that makes up for the dishonest and unfair business practices. Overbooking is not the guest’s fault. Refusing to refund the difference is simply unacceptable. Warning to other travelers: Don’t expect to actually get the room you book here, and don’t expect fair treatment if the hotel makes a mistake. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

Hotel room was incredibly clean, Esmeralda did a wonderful job. The sheets were as soft as a baby deers backside. The pillows were as fluffy as the clouds above. The coffee maker produced the finest coffee I’ve had since being released from a Vietnamese prison camp. The elevators make Ben Johnson look like a snail. I was pleasantly surprised the cookies and 3 bottles of water I purchased was a moderate value of 168$. The restaurant was a 10/10 great crab cake and our server was incredibly friendly. The bread given at table side was enough to end hunger in America. Drinks were strong. So strong that I got intoxicated enough to challenge a police officer to a duel. Sadly i didn’t bring pepper spray so this was a one sided event. (I still feel like I won the fight) court is in 7 weeks (prayers needed) tv was good, it displayed a picture and volume could be raised or lowered at a push of a button. The in room iron was nice, I used it only neighbors face for good measure. (His eye bags are gone) and we still play chess every third Tuesday of the month. No im not gay

Great for a couple

Room was very clean. A/C unit was set up in such a fashion that it was blowing cold air directly onto the bed but other than that it was very nicely appointed and had sufficient amenities. Room view (oceanfront corner) was spectacular
