We was here for 3 night and this has to be the worse hotel I been too. The door had trouble opening and closing, our keys stop working, the charging hub was broken, our chargers would start on the power plug, the room decor is out dated, the bed is uncomfortable, no one came to change our sheets and towels in the mornings. When we requested for more towel we wait hours and no one came so we had to go to the front desk to get them. Definitely won’t be booking with them again. For 780 for 3 night service should be better. Positives was that it’s really close to the beach, it was quiet, fun place for kids, staff is nice, and the refrigerator is big.

There was food in between the mattress and box springs. Evidence of bed bugs (feces). Showed staff and they did promptly clean. Wrote to management and did not here back from them.

Wow did the Bonita get out dated fast. Wallpaper coming off, paint chipped, doors not unlocking and getting stuck. TV was wavy on every channel like I was watching analog in the ‘80’s. Just really drab and needing redone. What really got me was being told they refused to change my reservation. Within the “make changes” time frame I requested to shorten the stay due to a family situation and check out a day early. I was told by Hotels, I had to check with them. The CSR said yes, confirm with the 3rd party. 3rd party says sure, let me confirm with the hotel directly. After three days of trying, the hotel refused. I even asked to see if I could just use the day off-season when they’ll be empty and that wasn’t good enough either. Seemed really petty given the situation…oh and they had vacancy anyway!!

I love this hotel! Each room has its own balcony which was perfect for lounging. The pool was nice and I loved the outdoor seating area on the rooftop. The game room was super fun too! Great location too! Lots of restaurants and stores in walking distance. It’s only a 20 minute drive to the boardwalk. The hotel also has great access to the beach! Loved staying here

I have stayed here many years in the past and was always happy with my stay. This stay the room looked very out of date and like things weren’t cleaned properly, and the shower was not functioning properly. It was going between hot and ice cold water during the entire shower and would only get Luke warm. Very disappointed this year.

This property has a lot of potential! Great location to the beach (<5 min walk), plenty of parking, spacious rooms, nice balcony. Here are the downsides, we were a family of 5 so needed to sofa bed. This was absolutely horrible, who knows how many years it's been so the couches have been replaced!!! The second you laid on the bed, you could feel the springs. I felt terrible for my child that had to sleep there! Ended up asking for 6 comforters and going to Walmart to buy some memory foam for him to sleep. The second downfall is the pool...it is disgusting. I am not sure why the water was so clouded but it was really poorly kept. Hair blobs and mucus were scattered throughout the pool. There was a family eating and dropping all their food around the pool, even though there are "rules" posted about not eating. It's also pretty small. We went one day for about 20 min and decided it was NOT for us. Finally while the room was "clean" there was sand in the carpets and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The bathroom tub looked like it could use a good scrub down and I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies at Walmart too. Our socks were all black after our week stay, with a crawling baby it was difficult trying to keep him off the carpet. Overall the hotel is ok, we really liked the location of it in proximity to the beach, but we will not be staying here again.
