****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Amazing sunrises are waiting for you each morning as you enjoy your coffee. And each night, you'll relax to the amazing colors that reflect off the bay waters, as the sun says goodbye to another day. It really doesn't get much better than this!

This building has some wonderful amenities to help make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll have access to a lighted indoor pool (open year-round), exercise room, sauna, tennis court, indoor basketball court and even a game room! The building is also convenient to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This fabulous 2 bedrooms, 2 bath unit can sleep 7. The master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath and a TV in every room. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed, a TV and access to another full bath directly across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You'll have a fully stocked kitchen for those nights that you want to stay in and eat and wireless internet to keep you connected!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* A $75 non-refundable building registration fee is due upon arrival. The fee entitles you to one numbered parking spot. An additional spot may be available for an additional fee on a first come/ first served basis. All parking is handled by the onsite security desk.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 14th floor. Capri is an elevator building.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 110th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Beautiful Beach Condo
We really enjoyed our time here. The condo is beautifully decorated and well equipped with all of the essentials. We didn’t use most of the other amenities in the building but the proximity to the beach was perfect for us. We are looking forward to returning again in the future.

This is a very clean and comfortable unit. The management was very attentive and followed up quickly when we had a question. It was nice to have the indoor pool available. There is an excellent view from the windows. Would not hesitate to rent again.

Overall the location was great and the condo was spacious. However it did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival. It was very dusty and dirty in some areas, such as a balled up paper towel on the bedroom floor, dirty stove top, greasy stains on kitchen table, candy on bedroom floor, ice melted in icemaker, very little liquid soap, invisilign found on bathroom floor... We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the place, Although we really enjoyed the views and close access to the beach. We will pass on a return visit.

Great for the whole family
It was our first family vacation. The rental was perfect for little ones. We loved the small table in the kitchen for meals for them. It was so nice to walk out and be right on the beach. We were a bit nervous about being up that high with a sliding door. We brought a wooden dowel to assure the door wouldn’t open so we felt safe.

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home with beach and bay views. The indoor pool was great on days where the beach didn’t make sense. Cleanliness loses a star due to the coffee machine needing some extensive cleaning, and the shower head in one of bathrooms was leaking. Likely both issues due to it being late in the season. A fantastic family week overall!

Fun July 4th week!
The location was great and the accommodations were a perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed being able to sit out on the beach(and balcony) to watch fireworks on the 4th. The freezer was stocked with ice which was appreciated. My kids enjoyed the game room, pool and tennis court. (The room has some game room things in the closet (basketball/ping pong paddles) so look for those before heading there.

Great spot for a family vacation.
Perfect location right on the beach and incredibly convenient to both OC and Delaware beaches. The accommodations were great for a week away with our kids, and we all loved the views! Highly recommend.

We had an exceptional overall experience. David the owner was in touch with us regarding an AC issuethe. Previous renter had before us. It was fixed before we arrived. Games to keep the kids occupied in our suite. Very beautifully kept and decorated. Will certainly be going again.

The condo was very clean and comfortable with a nice setup. Only one concern was that the electrical outlets were not plugged for child safety. Also, we had to avoid a large spot of the rug in the smaller bedroom due to some kind of water leak. Plumber came and did something very fast but the rug still felt squishy wet.

Bad experience
1. Entered front door of property where grouchy old man met us took my money and told us never to enter through that door again. Told us to use the back door. He would not give us the paper with the door code on it. I had to get a picture of it with my phone. 2. Could not park where assigned, lift was parked there. Fortunately not many cars so I could park in another slot. 3. No privacy, window washers were washing windows. 4. Water turned off on Wednesday. No facilities, no bathroom from 9am to 2pm. 5. When water come back on it was brown, not safe to use except for flushing toilet. 6. Called Jody and John numerous times to discuss issues but nobody ever got back to us. 7. I cannot recommend VBRO to anyone at this time.

Cute Condo but Very Dirty Upon Arrival
Unfortunately, we arrived to a dirty condo. One of the reasons I rented this condo, was due to the location, it being updated, and the great reviews about it being so clean. However, this was not the case at all. We spent an hr, cleaning upon arrival, being this condo is not cheap, it should have been spotless. Sadly, I can’t say we will return or recommend it to other friends/family. Not worth risking that again.
