Fantastic Experience
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was very easy. The house and pool were great. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for. Loved the massive TVs in the bedrooms!

Beautiful Back Yard and Great Home 25mins from WEC
What an amazing experience! This home was recently remodeled and had an amazing backyard perfect for our family! 2 outdoor screened porches with a Pool Table, swimming pool, grill, etc. The owners thought of everything even had an exercise bike! The check in process was so great and the property manager was really good at communicating with us! We stayed 10 days due to competition at the World Equestrian Center and was 25mins away. It was close to grocery stores and amenities in a quiet neighborhood! For the price this was a great value and a great home! We will be back!

Had a nice stay
House was very clean. Probably the best house I’ve rented as far as all the supplies you need for your stay. Tons of towels, dishes, paper products you name it they provided it. My kids loved the large tv’s and internet. The pool had leafs in it due to a lot of wind but not a deal breaker. The pool robot did a good job cleaning the pool. Quiet neighbor hood. We would defiantly stay again.

This house is beautiful. Easy to get to and in a nice neighborhood. The pool is great and plenty of room for the family. We enjoyed our time there. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. Check in was easy.

Nick was great with everything from the first message to the last. Everything was stocked to meet all of our needs. Nick was nice and walked us through connecting to the speakers. Pool was great and neighbor was peaceful. We will be staying again. Highly recommend!

Very accommodating, clean, and well appointed!
We were worried when the GPS said 30 min to WEC, however it seemed to take less time than that and the drive wasn’t bad at all. Nick was great and very responsive. The house had everything you could want/need. Was clean, well stocked with household products, including basic kitchen spices and small kitchen appliances. Lots of great seating options around the pool, some pool toys, comfortable cushions. Pool size and temp were great. Home was spacious and well appointed, clean and comfortable! Loved the Tres Semme shampoo and conditioner - perfect sized bottles! TVs were amazing and offered some streaming options. Great care was taken to ensure the home had everything someone could want, in an attractive and comfortable setting. It did take us some time to figure out how to divert water to the shower in the bathroom (pull down on the tub spout!). Lol The home has several security cameras on the front as well as a ring doorbell and very bright flood lights. If you’re visiting WEC, the distance is still comfortable and the drive is closer to 23-25 min. We also recommend Taco n Madre if you like authentic and delicious Mexican! There is a drive in theater 4 min away which was a neat treat. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this property. Everything was just great and met our needs perfectly.

Property shabby; numerous maintenance issues such as broken shades, kitchen ware inadequate, no plastic ware for poolside, solar pool heating useless, lawn is overgrown weeds. On the positive side, well supplied with linens, paper products, and soap suppplies.

The location was very convenient to riding at Santos Trailhead. The outdoor area is great for hanging out with friends.
