Fine staff and property. Good location less the heavy traffic. Attractive property. Large area in back to walk. A couple walkable restaurants nearby. Breakfast very good but expensive if you do not have complimentary access. Enjoyed the 6 night stay.

Cold in Ocala
Room did not have working heat unit. Two different techs tried to fix unit. First one very polite and helpful. His repair did not work. Second tech said unit was working and brought in two heavy blankets if we were cold. He said room was so hot he was sweating. He obviously did not know what he was doing. Fortunately my wife reminded me that I had a portable heater in the car. I got it and that warmed the room. We could not get a different room as the hotel was sold out. Overall a bad experience

Great place to stay, paid for the breakfast and it was a disappointment. Same breakfast most hotels give you for free. Waitress we had was not very friendly, the other waitress was very nice and helpful.

I did not stay at Hilton in Ocala. I cancelled 3/4 days before my arrival date. However, the Hilton charged me $148.00 and I did not stay at all there. I would like the return of my money for this reservation in which I have proof that I cancelled in due time.

Hotel was fair. One of the two elevators was out of service and the one working was always busy and we have to spent 10-15 minutes to be able to get into the elevator. Housekeeping is performed every other day. We ask for having the room done (just the bed and new towels at reception) and when we get into our room at night the room was not done and there were no towel replaced. I went to reception and the lady was very gently to provide me with the towels. Overall hotel was ok, but need to improve. Many thanks!

Front desk had a smile but didnt help. I booked a 2 queen bed room, pool view, and got a king bed. When I asked 2 times about 2 beds, she just said I have a king bed. I dont know if she didnt have a 2 bed room or she was not willing to accommodate my request as what I booked. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hopefully breakfast is good.

The only complaint I had was there was no conditioner in the dispenser and I didn’t find out until I was already showering. Other than that it’s a nice location and lots of food and shopping nearby.
