Staff was wonderful,We have a minor issue when we arrive around midnight,talk to Itzel the person in charge at the office,she was very nice and polite and fix our issues in no time. We really enjoyed our time here. The property was clean, tidy and spacious. The pool was great for the kids. The staff were lovely and so very helpful. Some could speak fluent English and others tried (when I couldn’t speak fluent Spanish). It is set on a hill and there are stairs (no lifts) which wasn’t much of an issue for us even with the kids. We walked into town most of the time it is an amazing way to see a new and interesting street(10-15min). There is a shuttle bus of a night which is amazing especially for the kids after doing 20k steps for the day (kids 8,9,10).

The property is very nice. The landscaping is very nice and welcome. When you enter, the bellboy helps take your bags up. There is no elevator in this property. There are 3 floors for the standard rooms. The villas are separate. The room was nothing special. It had a musty smell and the beds were very hard. Not comfy at all. It got the job done but it’s pretty far from the center walking. Overall the grounds were nice but the basic double room could have been better.

Really enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little far from the centre but if you have a car, it’s super easy not very walkable, but there is a free shuttle to the centre free parking restaurant on site area makes you feel very safe. The rooms were clean a little outdated, but the view from the balcony was 10 out of 10.

Property is big and has space that makes it feel like you far from city but is really it’s minutes from downtown. But it needs a little love, it’s starting to show its age.

The property in general is in good condition. The only thing I didn't like is that the room 302 smelled bad like the sewer was not working properly. I had to leave the windows open to be able to breath. Distance from old town and local atractions is kinda far.

This place is my go to hotel in Oaxaca. I’ve stayed other places and regret it. Staff is great. The views are out of this world. The kids love the pool! This is where my wedding party stayed when I got married. We had a blast. I can’t wait to go back for another visit!

Good open space hotel rooms are ok, hotel is close to a Main Street 6 minutes away from zocalo very safe, good security hotel. Good service at bar but drinks a little too pricey for the place.
