The location of the property was excellent. Everything was walkable including botanical gardens. Great restaurants and walking pede streets closed to traffic.

This property is located at the center of the famous CENTRO HISTORICO DE OAXACA. the rooms are clean, bathrooms recently renovated. The property itself is tired, and needs some revamping to stay in that price range

My second stay. Staff is fantastic and veey accommodating. However, there wasn't notification that there's construction going on so we loat quiet time to work with the pounding and drilling.

Nice hotel. Received 2 coupons for a free drink upon check-in. Comfortable bed, good-size room with sufficient lighting. Mini-split AC was helpful and TV worked great. Nice bathroom. Great service from door greeter to reception. Giod location with lots of entertainment/food in walking distance.

Great stay!
Our stay for only one night was perfect. The reception was kind and helpful. At every turn we doors were opened, taxis were called, and help with our luggage. The restaurant courtyard was charming and welcoming. The food looked delicious and we wished we were eating there.

Disappointing the least to say
We stayed at the hotel 6 nights and overall was disappointing. The photos of the hotel are misleading as provide an impression that you can enjoy sitting in the main area only to realize that it’s a sinking room and there is no lobby and sitting area in the hotel except 2 arm chairs. Moreover, the entrance of the hotel looks like a back entrance to a restaurant where several rooms with empty fridges and hotel inventory is stored. We received 1 day before check out a notice that a taxi is waiting for us to leave the hotel, and only after inquiring the hotel staff realized it made a Mistake. While a hotel staff, hardly knowing any English, at the reception agreed for our late check out in the day of stay, she didn’t inform the receptionist the following day who was about to charge us extra for late check out. We had to argue with the staff convincing of their mistake. The only food compliment I can give is to the wonderful room cleaning staff who cleaned the room and arranged it nicely. What else was disturbing is that there were no fridges in the rooms, an appliance you would expect considering the room price per Night. Overall impression was disappointing. I am attaching some photos to reflect the view from the main entrance and main area of the hotel.
