Close to all the Bay Area destinations, 10 blocks to BART train, minutes to downtown Oakland and Berkeley. You will enjoy the use of a full modern cooks kitchen, individual Heat/AC and washer/drier in the unit. Unit has living room, kitchen, Bedroom #1, and bathroom on first level. Second level (loft) has Bedroom #2 and work/office area. Note that loft access is via a built-in ladder. Loft area is not full height and is 6' at the rear and about 5' in front.
