Property is old and outdated. Common spaces have been remodeled, but rooms have not. Beds are Very comfortable. View to the marina is a must. Very Good location.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I would have given 5 stars for overall stay, but there was construction work going on throughout the day and night on the marina. It was a bit noisy, but I will definitely come back. The staff were wonderful and my room was nice and clean.
