Comfy beds + Monterey Market
This place was excellent for me and my MIL. We were visiting my daughter at UCB. She has a car, and this place had a dedicated spot off the street. This place is around the corner from a gourmet farmstand that had everything we needed for a yummy breakfast every day! Plus wine and chocolate for the evening! The beds are very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive when we needed help with the heater and with how to make the water come out the shower head instead of the tub faucet. She was always right there with answers. We like the keypad entry. We will come again.

On the downside: The apartment is a bit funky with rather uncomfortable furniture. And the laundry is a coin operated machine downstairs. Only one set for the six unit building. The place was lacking some essentials for the kitchen so we bought a few things to help out. On the upside: Great location, and communicative host.
