First time staying at this location although we have stayed in Oakhurst before. We were very happy with the accommodations, will definitely be returning here again next time! Staff was courteous and very friendly, really made an effort to ensure that we had a comfortable stay.

Room was comfortable and bigger than expected. Bed was comfortable. Room was pretty clean. At check in everything was smooth. Breakfast was ok, but there are other options around which have really good food.

when checking in, the lady at front desk was nasty. She asked me why I had a handicap room, I stated it was all that was left on booking website for a king bed option, she then proceeded to tell me well I have someone else coming in that needs it possibly, I’m giving you a queen bed. I started I had paid extra for a king, she said well I don’t have a king, you can go somewhere else with your booking. I was shocked at the response and how she handled the situation. She stated she doesn’t have any kings and our room we had booked was given away. It wasn’t a big deal but it was how the situation was handled. We were put in a bottom level from the lobby where there was a loud “lobby party” happening for about an hour. The bed was also extremely hard. Not comfy at all.
