The staff are friendly & welcoming. check in & out are easy and hassle free. Location is not in the crowded area and way quieter than the main waikiki area with convenient walking distance to all shopping.

Love this place from the first day to the last day. We’d a great time staying here and we’ll highly recommend to everyone. If you don’t like Hawaiian style food like us, getting the breakfast buffet is easy and convienient. We did the dinner buffet as well but we love the food on their a la carte menu way better (we prefer quality to quantity). The pool is great but the beer is lukewarm but l not cool. Not sure if the bar tender is professionally trained and I won’t suggest you spend money on cocktails. We’re both super happy with our room. It’s spacious, clean and the shampoo, conditioner are all good quality (no need to bring your own). Just wish the coffee tastes better. Don’t recommend the Japanese restaurant either thought it’s very popular and full every night. All in all, we really love the hotel. We have a comfortable stay here. Love it’s so close to the park and beach If you plan to do excursions, it’s easy for drop off and pick up.

No laundry service was available, had to go off site. I also understand a resort fee and have no issue with paying such. However the daily parking fee is excessive. It should be included in the resort fees and added an additional 400 dollars to my stay that was not listed as a possible charge when booking. This may be because I booked through a third party site but all other fees were clearly stated. Overall my experience was excellent!!

We are so glad we stayed at Prince Waikiki!! It was a short 5-6 minute walk to the beach/lagoon (Bring Water Shoes!, you’ll be glad you did!) and less than 30 minutes walk to anything else! The weather and temperatures were so perfect that even a 30 minute walk felt great (and you can burn off some off some calories from those ono grinds!) The pool deck is so breezy you won’t get hot at the pool, but if you do, they had a hot tub, regular pool, and the adults-only infinity pool (all on the same deck) The Hinana poolside bar will provide all your refreshment needs while you’re at it. The 100 sails restaurant brunch on Sunday was amazing too! Room service and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. It definitely gave us resort vibes and not a hotel feel. When we come back to Hawaii, we already know which hotel it’ll be at! Prince Waikiki!!! Mahalo!!

A beautiful hotel overlooking the marina. It was nice to stay in a quieter area but still within walking distance to central Waikīkī. The room was spacious and bed super comfortable. Great coffee shop in reception too.
