Stayed for 4 nights/5days. The whole place feels very new, sleek, and well-decorated. Hotel staff were very nice and responsive. Like some commenters have pointed out, when checking in we didn't receive any info on the housekeeping schedule or Wi-Fi, until we asked about it later. The hotel does seem to be more suited to younger adults. The senior members of my family had minor challenges with the bedside lamps and nightstands (e.g. both being fairly small). The hotel is located in an area where there's a good amount of noise from vehicle and walking traffic, but it wasn't too much of a disturbance. We did enjoy how close everything that we needed was!

The property itself is new so it is nice but housekeeping only cleans your room every other day, which is not great considering you are at the beach. So something is always wet or full of sand. Also the bathroom in the neighborhood king room was ridiculously small. Way too small for a regular adult.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7/14 days of our trip in Hawaii. Our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The staff always opened the door for us at the front, bartenders always made conversation, staff at the front desk were always there to help. They always asked us if we needed beach towels or ice, etc. The pool has towels and sunscreen for use. The property has complimentary beach chairs, body boards, SUP, and umbrellas to use on the beach. The rooms were up to date and modern, very spacious. They allowed us to check our late and held our suitcases throughout the day before our flight in the evening. Got the breakfast package and it was 10/10, allowed us to not worry about this part of our vacation. The location is within walking distance to everything, but if you feel like staying in the hotel, they always have music and a good happy hour menu. The pool area is such a vibe, and love that it is adults only. We will definitely be back when we visit Hawaii and highly recommend this hotel to anyone going on vacation to Oahu!

Not Worth the Money
Pros • Close to International Market and other shops • Large & spacious size room • Free water filter machine with both spring and sparkling water in the lobby so we could fill our bottles when we wanted Cons • Check-in: They offered happy hour from a certain time then when we went to the bar, they said there was no happy hour. We went back to the check-in desk and they said they must not have read their email because they changed the hours plus there was a special event at the pool so we couldn’t use that bar. We never got our free drink….. • No Breakfast: but we knew that when we booked, but there are places close by to grab food. • The beach was close, but the area with the wall that was easier to swim and for kids was not that close. It was about an 8 minute walk • Housekeeping was not every day. Knowing that people go to Hawaii for the beach, it would have been nice for them to vacuum the sand every day. Plus they stated it was “every other day” which wasn’t true. They come on specific days, so we arrived on one of the housekeeping days, so we didn’t get our room cleaned until 2 days later. • Plus they didn’t fill the hair conditioner and didn’t notice until we were in the shower… • Front door…do not expect them to open the door for you since they are on their phones and busy talking amongst themselves. • Pool: o Chairs: We didn’t use because their chairs are horrible. They do not lay down so we couldn’t lay out and get a tan. o Cabanas:

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early. The location of the hotel was perfect since the beach and a lot of restaurants were within walking distance. It was nice to stay somewhere and not have to worry about screaming children.

This property is advertised as ‘adults only’ but a more apt description would be ‘no minors’. This hotel is a party space. 3 nights of my stay, the lobby was turned into a dance club with a DJ and all. Having to push my way through a bunch of rich 22 year old grinding on each other just to get to the elevators was not the best.
