The property was a bit older but it was clean and within walking distance to the beach and shopping. I had a car and they had forced valet parking which was not my favorite but the guys were very sweet. I was in and out a lot so I had to tip more than expected.

Friendly Staff makes for a Homey Stay...
The rooms were spacious - loved that there was a separate bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy. It is an older space, but the effort was definitely put in. The front desk staff was cheery and helpful and the curb staff very cordial. Only had one brief issue with the kitchen sink's waste disposal and someone came to tend to it immediately (thank you!). Might have scored a little higher if the pool was a bit nicer and it was closer to the ocean (it is within walking, but it's a bit of a trek).

They over charged me and the receptionist that works in the morning she was sarcastic and did not want to help much she wanted to charge one twenty on top of the one seventy one that I paid already because I made a mistake with the reservation due to the fact I was in Japan in a different time zone.but the other receptionist that works in the afternoon was very pleasant and said that was absurd she explained the extra fees and help us to get chairs for the beach and the treat was different. I’m very upset that I had to pay so much for a hotel that is not new needs to be renovated and the customer service it’s not amazing I been with Expedia years and years I was platinum and I’m always traveling it’s absurd that I had to go trough three different agents and 3 hours in order to get help, I am upset with Expedia too I understand it was my mistake but the way it was handled it was not professional at all, and you did not put in consideration all the money I spent yearly with your company

Loved the kitchenette and ability to cook local produce from farmers market in our room! Centrally located and also the quietest places we stayed in Honolulu as it overlooks a beautiful park. Convenient for transportation as is walkable to most places in city and also overlooks a HUI car rental parking garage. We drove around the entire island and got to see all of Oahu!

Amazing stay with great views
Great hotel at an affordable price for Waikiki area. Really liked the location as it is not in the middle of the Waikiki craziness but also not too far that you cannot walk. Also it is very close to a few 7-11 stores and ABC stores if you need to grab supplies, etc. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we initially booked a 3 night stay and liked our stay enough that we booked an additional 3 nights. Will definitely be returning to this hotel in the future. The Kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need which was quite nice if you decide to cook during your stay. Overall, I'll recommend staying at this hotel.
