Definitely if i ever go back to hawaii I will be staying there. Beds are súper confortable. Gift/shop stores are across the street. You feel safe walking around the property. And a super plus is ther breakfast/buffet so many options and everything is delicious!!!!!

Otto was excellent breakfast was excellent and especially the drinks. Every single staff was very friendly and very helpful. Can’t remember their names but almost every single one of them. I thank you to all embassy suites by Hilton Waikiki beach staff for being outstanding. Love every single one of you guys especially the bartender he’s so fun very nice guy and Maeli I hope I spelled her name correctly but like I said every single staff thanks to Otto and the other guy I didn’t get their names very outstanding services. It's very well located, but the swimming pool and spa are a little too small. The front desk area is too small and open. It's hot, and it's not convenient to sit waiting for transportation. Hotels around had this area much better. The staff at this hotel is great polite and helpful!

When I opened the sofa was dirty and pillows were not clean, bathroom fan was not working
