Lovely hotel with a fantastic location. We had a junior suite with and extra roll-away bed. Extra bed wasn't the most comfortable but comfortable enough and really convenient to have for our friend trip. Staff was very helpful. Only negative is that the street noise is quite loud if your room faces that way. Would go back!

Great, room for some improvement
Location by station very handy, ability to stream from mobile device to TV and breakfast was fantastic, love the lactose free bar, restaurant staff were very attentive. Liked that guests had to elect when they wanted a clean, however my room got cleaned one day despite me not doing this and having a do not disturb sign on the door.. Waited ages for a receptionist to be free during checkout. If they see a queue they should flag someone else to come down and help at the desk. Wish there was a pillow menu as I wasn’t able to get a very restful sleep given I usually sleep on firmer support. Had to play EUR10 extra to use the pool and sauna which was only open at nights. Sauna was very small and there was only a dry option, would have been good to have a steam one as well. Overall a great stay, a few easy improvements would have made it excellent.
