"Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of a "Vigan vibes" hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay and they have a free VIP ticket for the fountain show which is very nice. Definitely will recommend this hotel. 10/10. "

"This hotel is fantastic. The staff are super helpful. Its certainly at an international standard with great bedrooms, amenities, roof top bar and pool, and the location right on Calle Crisilogo makes it easy to walk or tricycle everywhere in the city. The "clip clop" of the horse carriages is very quant. Parking in their nearby offsite lot is straightforward and secure. I will visit again to enjoy this place."

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise. They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard. The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool. Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy."
