The space
This beautiful new build apartment has been finished to an extremely high specification for guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a large super king (and super comfy!) size bed with a separate and private seating area for the ultimate relaxation experience before a great nights sleep. This bedroom also has it's own spacious fully equipped en-suite with a large bath tub, shower and sink.

The second bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed with it's own private en-suite bathroom. The highest premium standard bed linen and towels are for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The apartment itself is situated in the renowned Lace Market area, which is arguably the most desirable place to reside in within the City. There are a number of local pubs, bars and restaurants as well as Tesco's and Sainsbury's convenience stores nearby to the apartment.

Nottingham's renowned market square is literally a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

The property is well served by public transport, you can take a number of buses and trams to tour around the city and other surrounding areas.

The apartment is located in one of Nottingham's most sought after and upmarket areas. It is the perfect location for family holidays, a couples weekend or business trip.

Guests will be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy upon their arrival, as well as tea and coffee to ensure you feel completely at home throughout your stay.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment without any shared areas.

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note, strictly no parties or loud music, any rule breaking a £250.00 fee will apply.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them.

My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
